Will EcoHitch trailer Hitch Fit a 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid PHEV

Hi, I have a 2024 Hyundai Tucson plug in hybrid phev. Will this hitch fit? Is there any drilling or mods required to the car? And do you have any videos for install? Also what would be the recommended wiring harness for this? Thanks

Hey Mike, thanks for reaching out!

The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # EH98SR will fit your 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid PHEV just fine. There isn't any drilling required but you will need to trim some of the fascia for it to fit properly. We currently don't have any photos or videos of this installation.

For wiring you'll need the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter # C59236, and I recommend picking up the Mounting Brackets # 18136 and # 18144 so the 4-Way connector is readily available.

If you're planning on towing then you'll also need a ball mount kit. I'm linking our ball mount article for you to check out and make sure you get the correct one the first time.

@TedC Currently there aren't any trailer hitches that have been confirmed to fit a 2025 Hyundai Tucson Plug-In Hybrid. You might be able to find a local shop to help you fabricate something to fit though!
