Recommended Replacement Leaf Springs for 26" Long Springs

I have a 2013 Lightening 4 place enclosed snowmobile trailer. Trailer weight plus allowable load = 7000. I presume I have two 3500 axles. Due to road salt everything needs replacing. Two questions: leaf spring length eye-eye loaded is 26 1/4, width is 1 3/4. Would the E54SR 25 1/8inch be the correct spring? Wheel center to center = 33 1/2inch loaded. And second, the axle very rusty measures 3 9/16inch in diameter which seems an odd size. Would CE Smith U-Bolt Kit for Mounting 3,500-lb, Round Trailer Axles - 5-1/2inch Long U-Bolts - Zinc part CE23002 fit? Planning on installing the Curved Equalizer for 1-3/4inch Wide Double-Eye Springs - 5-3/4inch Long - 9/16inch Center Hole part TREQ104 utilizing the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers - 2-1/4inch Long Shackle Straps part MR46ZR.

Ole, was that 26" eye to eye measurement you took under load? If it was, then there's a good chance that the 25 1/8" springs # e54SR is the right choice because the springs will elongate over time and under load.
If that 26" was not loaded, then you're going to want to go with the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 4,500-lb Trailer Axles # e27SR instead.
That is an odd sized axle as well. There are 3" axles which are typically 5,200 lbs to 7,000 lbs, 3 1/2" axles which are 8,000 lbs, and 4" axles which are 9,000 lbs, but no 3 9/16" axles. With your axle being an odd size, the CE Smith # CE23002 is not going to work.
