I would like to get everything to replace the leaf springs on my 2019 travel trailer. I have Dexter axles and the sticker on the trailer says that each axle is 3500lbs. The current springs have 4 leafs and measure 25.5 inches. I would also need a Ubolt kit too. I would like to replace all 4 springs as they show lots of rust and we are the 3rd owner.

It sounds like you have the 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles # e54SR which are 25-1/8". This measurement is taken with the leaf spring relaxed from center of bolt hole to center of bolt hole. With them holding the weight of the trailer they will begin to flatten out and get longer. We do also have them with a Dacromet Coating # e68SR which will withstand corrosion better than painted steel units. The CE Smith U-Bolt Kit # CE23002 includes new u-bolts, washers, nuts and axle plates for one axle.
