Can Dexter Heavy Duty Suspension Kit K71-449-00 Replace Shackles that are 2-5/8 inches

Question:
Mine has 35" spacing, 7.75" equalizer. Can I get this kit and add the 2-5/8" shackle links (that's what mine currently has). Or just get the kit and go with the 2.25"?

Hey Pete, thanks for all of the info you mentioned on your current equalizer setup. Based on that you can use the Dexter Heavy Duty Suspension Kit part # K71-449-00 that you asked about with the included shackles that are 2-1/4 inch. The slightly different dimension there would not be a problem.
