Upgraded Equalizer and Wet Bolt Kit For a 2019 Dutchmen Voltage 3615 Toy Hauler

Updated 02/17/2026 | Published 06/13/2024

Question:

I have a 2019 voltage 3615 dual axle TH. I’m looking to replace my springs and suspension components with a greasable system. My current springs are flattened so I was thinking to upgrade to something a bit more substantial but need direction. My axle spread is 35” center to center and my springs are 26” eye to eye. Do you have a recommendation?

I do see your 2019 Dutchmen Voltage 3615 uses 7,000lb axles. You will most likely use the 24-7/8" Long Leaf Spring # e64SR if your flattened springs are 26" long. We do have the 8,000lb Springs # DX74XR if you are looking for a spring less likely to flatten over time. As for the equalizer while the an axle spread with 35" spring center will typically use the wider 7-3/4" Kit # K71-449-00 you could have the 5-3/4" Kit # K71-359-00.

I would recommend looking into a cushioned equalizer like the MORryde # MR27ZR with the Wet Bolt Kit # MR46ZR. These can help to absorb a lot of the road shock.

Hey, how did the upgrade go with the new springs and the MORryde cushioned equalizer on your Voltage 3615? Your results could really help others looking to improve their trailer’s suspension setup. Sharing what worked best might guide someone tackling the same project.
