Hi Mike,
The Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire with 15" Aluminum Wheel # KE63JR does not come balanced, but it's pretty easy to do so. All you need to do is use the Counteract Tire Balancing Beads Single Pack for Trailers # CA66VR.
You can just put the bag in the tire when it's being mounted and you're set.
