Hello Omar. Your GMC Sierra 3500HD is a 2016 model, correct? If so, the 1-1/4" Hellwig Adjustable Rear Anti-Sway Bar # HE85YR is the correct one. This is made specifically for trucks that have been lifted 2"-4"so it will work great for you.

I have a 6” Fab Tech lift and Air Lift Wireless one Air bag kit installed. Will this sway bar work on my truck with these other items already installed?

@Aa technically the air bag kit will work with the Hellwig Sway bar but the Hellwig Adjustable Rear Anti-Sway Bar # HE85YR will not work with the 6" lift and there is no adapter kit available. It will work with the stock height only.

@JesseM My truck is a 2016 Chevy 2500HD. Will #7885 Hellwig Adjustable Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 1-1/4" Diameter work with my above stated equipment? Lifted, air bag kit etc. The notes in this product description say it works on lifted trucks up to 6”.

@Aa Ok I just double checked with Hellwig and they do state the 7885 will work with a 4"-6" lift. Our site said 2"-4" only for some reason which I now see is wrong. So the 7885 will work for your 2016 Chevy with the lift and the air bag kit. We have this sway bar available as part # HE85YR.

Will this Hellwig HE85YR work with AirLift airbags? And will it even help sway or be needed with the AirLift? This will be for a 2013 GMC Sierra 2500HD 4x4 with a BDS 4.5" lift and the rear has 4" blocks.

@GN Yest an air bag kit like the Firestone # F2613 will work with your 2013 GMC 2500 with a sway bar like the Hellwig # HE85YR. They will not interfere with each other in any way. The air bags work more to eliminate sagging so it would compliment the sway bar nicely. It is pretty common for folks to use both products on their trucks. Since your truck is lifted you will likely need the following: - Lift Spacers for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - 4" Spacers - Qty 2 # F2370

@JesseM I already have the AirLift airbags and since it’s lifted now I thought a new larger sway bar in the front and added sway bay to the rear would help with body roll. The ride is much better with the BDS lift over factory or leveling keys.

@GN Ok yes the Air Lift air bags will be fine to use with Hellwig sway bars. The sway bars front and back will definitely help with overall stability and body roll. Here is what I recommend: - Hellwig Front Anti-Sway Bar - 1-1/2" Diameter # HE36FR - Hellwig Adjustable Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 1-1/4" Diameter # HE86GR
