Hey Corey, yes the Curt fifth wheel rail kit part # C16411-104 that you referenced is both a confirmed fit for your 2013 GMC Sierra 3500HD and would work also fit your Draw Tite fifth wheel hitch as well. This rail kit is designed to provide industry standard rails which is exactly what your Draw Tite hitch is designed to fit as well.

The cut rail kit will fit and it's a clean, easy installation. My only question is what draw tight hitch are you referring to? If it mounts to the universal rail kit it will work great but if it has different mounting base, I would get the part number of the hitch to verify it fits the universal bed rail kit.

@Eddie Draw Tite only made hitches to fit the industry standard above bed rails like what the Curt kit was designed to work with. They didn't make any hitches designed for puck systems.

@JamesonC Doesn't draw tight. Also make a fifth wheel hitch that adapts to a gooseneck Ball hitch?

@Eddie They did a long time ago but it was not very popular and it's been gone for quite some time. It was called the Hi Rise and it was part number 9480. If Corey had this hitch I would assume he would have mentioned it attached to a gooseneck ball and not rails like what nearly all Draw Tite hitches are designed to fit.
