I believe I have the MaxxFan Dome Roof Vent 6. Rain is coming in-a lot. I climbed up and saw that it is caulked all around. I put silicon over the 2 screws just in case that is where water is getting in. I noticed that the foam gasket is shot. Can I order a new one, or is there a generic gasket I could buy that lies flat and curves in a circle so that it fits right?

Hi Cecily; the gasket you're referring to on the MaxxFan Dome Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-03812B must be the butyl tape. You can replace it with # AL28FJ or # 344270341410-1 depending on the width you want. You can see this in step 2 of the installation instructions for the vent.
