Does this unit allow fan-only operation? If so, does it have the option to pull air in or exhaust it, much like a FantasticVent or Maxx Air?

Hey Dave, welcome back! The Velit 2000R Mini AC # VE69QV does have a fan only mode. However, all it does is recirculate the air. It cannot pull air in or push air out like a standard vent. You will need a separate vent to accomplish this. If you're working on a small camper or trailer the best option to pair with it would be the MaxxFan Dome Roof Vent # MA00-03812B.
