Will a light that’s in a grommet fit in a flange if I remove the grommet?

You didn't give any specifics so I can only assume you were referring to the GloLight LED Trailer Tail Light # STL101RB.

This will not fit in a flange just the Rubber Grommet # A45GB.

Hey, did you end up keeping the GloLight LED trailer light in the rubber grommet setup? Knowing how that worked out could help others trying to match their lights to a similar mount.

So what you have currently is our part #435800 which we have a replacement LED style light for with the part #M826R-7. For an install grommet you'll then want the part #426-18 and for a wiring harness part #431-491 and you'd be set.
