This 5-3/8" round light uses 20 white LEDs behind a red lens to deliver crisp brake, tail, and turn signals. One of the LED tail-lights on my R-Pod camper burned out just before I was to go on a trip. The dealership where I bought the camper didn't stock them, it was expensive to order, and would take weeks to come in. It wasn't available in other local shops. Although I was able to rig a temporary one using a similar product, I still needed the original replacement when I returned home. I had used etrailer.com before to purchase a sway bar, so I thought I would give them a try. They had the exact model that I needed, it was very reasonably priced, and they got it to me very quickly. The folks there go out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer. THESE GUYS ROCK!

I ordered these trailer lights because they were the exact lights that came on my Rpod from the factory. They are a sealed unit and it’s all pretty easy. The reason I replaced the lights is because the lights have a seal that fails and when it rains the lens fills with water and takes out the circuit board the leds mount to. After installing the new lights, about a month later they were filled with water like the original lights. I needed the lights as I was going on a road trip. I ended up drilling a small hole in the bottom to allow the water to drain out. Pretty disappointed in the product. If they just had a better deal the lights would be awesome.
The replacement light was an identical replacement for the OEM part, it worked perfectly and fit exactly as the previous part.

Tail light is still working as it should
This trailer light was an exact match for my original equipment light and easy installation.
etrailer had the exact replacement taillights for my Jayco trailer in stock and shipping was very fast, even though i selected the lowest cost shipping option. Will be using etrailer again for future needs.

One year later and the lights are still working fine and still waterproof. The reason I had to replace in the first place is because the factory lights leaked and filled with water.
Original Command Electronics LED Trailer Tail Light (20 Diodes) was flickering on my travel trailer (2015 R-pod 179). Local RV Sales did not stock item. They advised tail light would be $21 plus shipping, which I would incur cost. Knowing that etrailer had the identical item at greatly reduced cost, it was a no brainer to purchase. Tail light arrived very promptly (three days) using standard shipping. Tail light is exact match, thanks to etrailer providing sufficient details and dimensions in which to choose.

PERFECT FIT. I purchased this to replace my right tail light on my 2016 R-Pod 179. It was a very easy to install. It was so nice and bright I decided to purchase another one to replace my left tail light - to match the right.

Very nice lights, I was looking for a high quality replacement light for my vintage Apache trailer restoration project. These are a comparable diameter, they don't stick out as far as the original but have the same vintage look. I also like the surrounding reflector. They are very bright LEDs, the lenses have a nice shine and the unit is completely sealed so water shouldn't be an issue.

I replaced the Plain Jane tail lights on my box truck with 2 of these LED lights with reflectors. Living in rainy city of Seattle it’s just plain important to be seen any time of day, and these do the trick. I see these kind of lights on newer vehicles and Meto buses and they work great. The other sort of light I had, they had to be replaced on a pretty regular basis, for goodness sake, it’s a truck we need some reliability and I’m hoping we get that out of these bad boys!

Easy to install and it’s still working great after a year
I needed a tail/stop light for the rear of my Fairmont railway motorcar and thought from your on-line description that this product would be satisfactory. I was right, it is a good size and bright enough to be very visible in bright sunlight.
As you can see from the pictures, to make it match aesthetically I attached the lamp to an aluminum plate cut to fit in an old auxiliary lamp housing. The railway car runs in both directions hence has head and tail lights on both ends.
I am very satisfied with this light.

Ive sold that camper. The lights were working well when I sold it.
