Does the entire hardware kit 7520990001 include a Thule replacement hitch bolt 908-1240, a M12 washer, 951-1224-54, and a M12 lock washer 956122159?

Thule doesn't give a parts breakdown for their Replacement Hardware Bag for Thule Hitching Post Pro and Parkway Bike Racks item # 7520990001. They list their replacement kits by what model bike racks they work with. The Thule item # 7520990001 works with the following bike racks:
Thule Hitching Post Pro item # TH934XTR
Parkway TH956, TH957, and TH958 hanging bike racks
If you do not have one of the above listed bike racks go ahead and comment below with which one you do have and I would be happy to track down the correct replacement hardware for you.
