This is going to allow you to tighten the threads, threaded hitch pin to secure the shank of your bike rack to your hitch receiver. This will work for the Thule T1 bike rack, the T2 bike racks, and the T2 Classic bike racks that you see listed on the screen there. So, if you have any of those bike racks and you're needing to replace that original hitch tool for tightening that hitch pin, this is going to be exactly what you need.
