I have the 3 wire Costar Model 12RV-D monitor. The old round one. What is suggested to replace it? Thanks

Hey Craig, thanks for reaching out!
I recommend using either the RV Safe Gas and Carbon Monoxide Detector which comes in Black # RS54FR as well as White # RS34FR.
These only install with two wires (red for power and black for ground) so whatever function your third wire carries won't be needed.

The Costar has two +12VDC connections and a ground. I understand that one +12vdc comes from chasis and the other comes from the motor home in case one of the batteries go dead
