Hello Chris, thanks for reaching out. We have a lot of great options for an e-bike rack that can be used with the front hitch on your 2015 Ram 2500. Take a look at the Yakima OnRamp LX Bike Rack # Y88DJ. This is a super solid e-bike rack, it can hold two bikes weighing up to 80 lbs apiece. It can accommodate larger tires up to 5" wide and it will also fit bikes with alternative frame styles like step-thru bikes or women's bikes. It also has an integrated ramp that make loading and unloading bikes a piece of cake. Given how solid this rack is, and how easy it makes carrying your bikes, this is definitely what I recommend.
