Question:

I have a 2024 Silverado 2500 HD 6’9” bed with factory fifth wheel hitch puck system. Do you have a BandW hitch for it? I only see ones for 8’ bed. Currently I have an old rail hitch I’m using with the puck adapter. I don’t really like it. Too heavy and takes up too much space.

Congrats on the new truck! Yes, we do have a B&W 5th wheel hitch for the short bed trucks. It is the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # BWRVK3775. This sliding hitch will mount directly to the puck system of your short bed Silverado 2500. The Companion Slider has a 20,000 lbs capacity and will give you 12" of travel for making tight turns and backing.

The Companion's 1" thick dual jaws will give you a 360-degree jaw to kingpin contact. This system minimizes the chucking, jarring and noise that can occur when towing a fifth wheel trailer. This not only provides a more secure connection but also a quieter more comfortable towing experience.

Not wanting a slider. I called b&w and they say RVK3710. Will you confirm this one fits the standard bed 2024 Silverado?

@Jerred Yes, the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch item # BWRVK3710 does fit the puck system in the 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500. It's the lesser 20,000 lbs capacity one of the 25,000 lbs B&W Companion item # BWRVK3715 you were looking at.
