Will Head From B&W Companion Fixed Hitch Fit Sliding Companion Base For Chevy Puck System

I have a companion hitch BWRVK3700 from my 2018 Chevy 3500hd, i would like to buy just the sliding base BWRVB3775 and move the head over to the new Chevy 2024 3500hd, will this work?

Yep, it sure will; you can absolutely transfer the head from the fixed B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3700 over to the Replacement Slider Base for B&W Companion # BWRVB3775 that fits your Chevy truck's puck system.
The Companion uses the same head system for their Companion hitches which is why it'll work for you.
