Adapting Patriot 5th Wheel Hitch to 2025 GMC 3500 With OEM Prep Package

I have a Patriot 18K fixed mount hitch that Im trying to find an adapter rails kit to fit my 2025 GMC 3500 OEM puck mount system. Does anyone make the adapter that will work?

Hi Bob; is your Patriot the slider # BWRVK3270 you looked at or the fixed # BWRVK3255? I know you said fixed mount hitch but since you looked at the slider I want to be sure. If it is the fixed hitch you can use the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch # C88KR.
If it is the slider there are no adapters available that will allow you to use it with your new 2025 Sierra 3500. The design of the Patriot slider doesn't have enough clearance for it to work with an adapter. The only option is to sell it and get a new hitch like the B&W Companion # BWRVK3775 for short beds or # BWRVK3710 for long beds.

I have the fixed Patriot. I needed to be sure the pin holes in the BW base lined up with the adapter. I've read mixed reviews on the Curt adapter fitment and wanted to be sure.
