I have a Shelby industries hand winch model 54073 that needs replaced on my boat trailer. Do you have something comparable that will bolt right on the trailer. I’m going to need a new strap also. Thanks.

The closest option we have to replace your Shelby industries hand winch model 54073, is the 2-Speed Boat Trailer Winch item # 315-W2000D you were looking at. This 2-speed, manual ratcheting winch has a 2,000 lbs capacity. It includes a 20' long x 2" wide strap with a latching hook.

@JerredH The new trailer winch absolutely replaced the Shelby winch. The replacement was easy all the bolt holes lined right up. The new model works perfectly

I went out to our warehouse and measured the Single-Speed Boat Trailer Winch part #315-W2000D for you. The dimensions of the base are as follows; 6-1/4" long x 3-3/4" wide.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
