What style grease fitting (zerk) is used on the E-Z lube axle ? A screw in fitting or a drive- fitting?

They're screw in. The zerk fittings on the Dexter EZ Lube Axles like item #T3584F-EZ-8974 are a 1/4" pipe thread. If you need a replacement zerk fitting you can use part item # Gzerk, which we have confirmed to fit the Dexter EZ Lube Axles.
