Hi Richard,

For your 2019 Ford F-150 4WD the best thing to add for your truck to better handle the weight is suspension enhancement, with the top option being the RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit. Reason for that is the RAS will help your truck with sag, improve its handling, won't negatively affect your unloaded ride, is simple to install relative to other options, and requires no maintenance whatsoever. The correct kit for your 4WD F-150 is the following:

- RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS3611-Y

Hey Richard, how did things turn out after adding the RoadActive Suspension kit to your F-150? Did it make a noticeable difference in how your truck handled the trailer weight? Your feedback could really help others towing similar setups.
