Thanks for reaching out, Philippe!
The part you're asking about for your Roadmaster Even Brake # RM-9400 is something that is normally only replaced under warranty directly by Roadmaster, but when I reached out to them they said your serial number is outside of the range of their warranty so you'll need to replace your Even Brake.
You may be able to find a shop to repair the unit for you, but if you go that route I highly recommend making sure the shop has a great reputation since this has to do with the braking of your flat-towed vehicle.
If you'd rather go with a completely different unit then I recommend checking out the Brake Buddy Select 3 # HM39524 which is another portable breaking system, but it has a better reputation for reliability than the Even Brake.
