For a 55 lbs bike you're definitely going to need to use a hitch mounted bike rack. No roof mounted bike rack has that high of a capacity. The best one for your EMTB is going to be the Thule Epos Bike Rack item # TH99XE. This is our highest capacity bike rack for vehicles that have a class I 1-1/4" receiver. It fits tires up to 3-3/16" wide and has a rack built in that helps you load your heavy bike.

If your 2019 Chevy Spark does not have a hitch, I recommend the Curt item # C11433. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Spark with included hardware. It is a class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver.

Please note that this hitch does not fit the EV model and there is not one that does.
