What is the bolt pattern on the mounting bracket for this jack?

Hey Guy, so the mounting bracket of the Fulton Jack part # F87CR allows it to fit on a trailer frame that is up to 5 inches tall and 3 inches wide. So that means that from inside to inside on the outer most bolt holes the height is 5 inches but from left to right the holes are separated by 5-1/2 inches on center.
