Thanks Chris, Can you give me the offset to the tube centre from the mounting plate surface. I’m assuming it swivels from the centre of the bracket.

I wasn't able to get a CAD drawing for the Fulton Bolt-Thru Swivel Marine Jack # FXPD15L that you referenced (manufacturer's don't typically make those available), however I did go out to our warehouse to take a few measurements on the jack.

This swivel jack features an overall retracted height of right at 26 inches. From the bottom of the wheels to the center of the mounting bracket there is a length of 12 inches. It has an outer tube diameter of 2-1/4 inches and the bracket itself measures 6-1/4 inches wide and 6 inches tall.

I have attached an image with these and some additional dimensions labeled that you can take a look at. If you need any other dimensions, please let me know and I will be happy to take them for you.

I went back out to the warehouse and measured a distance of 2-1/2 inches from the center of the outer tube to the inside of the mounting bracket. From the center of the tube to the outside of the bracket there is a distance of 3-1/2 inches. I have attached an image to assist.
