Question:
I have a 4Runner 2020 and a F-150 2019. They both pull an enclosed 8x12 trailer. I replaced the manual jack with and electric one, but it seems to be running from the small breakaway battery. How do I properly wire/ connect they trailer hinge ? Can it be done with the trailers 7pin hook up? I also wanted to install a 12v winch in the trailer. How do I wire all of this? Thank you!

Hey Santiago, to power your electric jack off of the 7-way and/or the battery I recommend installing the Trailer Wiring Junction Box # 3375601100 and connect your jack to the 12v circuit that your battery would also be connected to. This would allow your jack to draw power from both your tow vehicle's 7-way or your trailer's battery.
To add a winch like # DL25220 you'd just need to run the leads from the winch to the battery on the vehicle.
