Will the hellwig 990 helper spring fit on my 2021 f150 xlt 4x4 I viewed some conflicting information?

Hi Erik,

The Hellwig EZ-990 Helper Springs part # HE67FR do fit your 2021 Ford F-150, however, there are certain features that if present determine whether or not the springs would fit. These helper springs are designed for trucks with 3 leaf springs, if your F-150 does not have 3 leaf springs these helper springs are not a fit. If your truck has adaptive headlights, this is another feature that would interfere with the installation of the helper springs. Because the new helper springs alter the trucks rear ride height this confuses the sensors which then fail to calibrate the headlights or dampening systems. I checked the Hellwig Pro Series helper springs as well, and they also won't work with trucks with adaptive headlights or more/less than 3 leaf springs.

If you're trying to reduce sagging when hauling, have you considered trying an air bag or bump stop set up?
