Comparing Timbren SES for 2019 Ford F-350

What is the difference between the TFR350SD and the TFR350SDJ ? Also, sometimes your pictures show a disc spacer at the top and sometimes not. When would the spacer be necessary ? Thank you, Mark 2019 F-350 SD 4X4

Hi Mark; I'm not sure what the TFR350SD is so I'm assuming you're referring to the # TFRTT350J and # TFR350SDJ which we get asked about fairly often. These are also the only two rear kits confirmed to fit your F-350. The # TFRTT350J is the severe service kit which is designed for something like a salt-spreader or slide-in camper that is always in your truck.

More than likely you're using these for a trailer or hauling heavy loads in which cause you need the # TFR350SDJ which is the regular kit. Even though these have a slightly higher rating the design is meant for regular use and not something under constant load.
