Which of the two timbrens is the best for my 2023 Ford F-350 for towing or load in the back of my pickup? Thanks!

There are two Timbren systems for your 2023 Ford F-350, like you said, with the best definitely being the following part number:

- Timbren Suspension Enhancement System # TFR350SDJ

The reason for that is the # TFR350SDJ is designed for standard pickups while the other kit, part # TFRTT350J, is designed for service vehicles like a salt spreader, for example. The differences is that the # TFR350SDJ is double convoluted, which just means its shape is designed to compress more, giving you a more comfortable ride. The single-convoluted spring will have constant contact, and would be harsh on the ride of a standard truck.

You made a great choice going with the Timbrens on your '23 F-350, and these do fit both the 2WD and 4WD models. They are going to take the brunt of the added weight you get on the rear suspension as you tow or have a load in the bed, and engage when needed. This will counteract both sag and body roll to help level and stabilize your truck to combat sway and improve its overall handling.
