Recommended Replacement Bump Stops for Slide in Truck Camper on 2022 Ford F-350

Question:

What Timbren springs do you recommend for a 2022 F350 4X4 SRW with a slide in truck camper total weight 3500 lbs when loaded for camping. The camper will not be on the truck full time and I want to eliminate sag when loaded and the best ride when unloaded. I m considering the TFRTT350J or the TFR350SDF. Thank you,

The Timbren # TFRTT350J is a fit for your 2022 Ford F350 4x4, but its 8600 lb capacity would be overkill for your application, in my opinion. You'd have a pretty rough ride with the suspension under load.

I believe you'd be happier with the SumoSprings # SSR-128-47-2 with its 5000 lb capacity. The SumoSprings are made of a more pliable material which would provide a better loaded (and unloaded) ride quality, The # SSR-128-47-2 is for vehicles with a bump stop perch over the axle, If you don't have a bump stop perch, use # SSR-129-47-2.
