With the Premium Wall Thermostat for Furrion # FR33PR giving you the LO warning and only showing 11.3 volts going to the thermostat you are going to first want to check the power at your battery. If the battery is less than 12 volts you are going to want to charge and check the condition of the battery. Generally the power converter will charge the 12 volt battery when you are connected to 120 volt power which a typical charging voltage is around 14.4 volts. If you are not seeing this level of power at your battery the converter is likely in need of replacement. If the voltage at the battery is normal you are going to want to check the wiring up to the controller. You can check the voltage going into the controller to determine if there may be a damaged wire preventing the full voltage from getting up to the ceiling mounted controller. If power is normal there you likely have a damaged thermostat wire and would need to have it replaced.
