There unfortunately isn't an aftermarket OEM puck system that can be installed so the next closest option would be to install the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BW73FR. The B&W Turnoverball hitch will give you a clear bed and allow you to tow both a gooseneck and 5th wheel trailer when paired with a B&W Companion # BWRVK3500-5W.

The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL89DQ would be the correct kit as long as your F-250 is 4WD. For the compressor you'll want the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000EZ. This comes with an EZ-mount for the compressor and can be activated/monitored with the included remote or on the Bluetooth app.
