Will the 7500 XLULTIMATE AIR SPRING KIT Part No. 57595. Fit on an 03 dodge 2500 with the b and w turnover gooseneck hitch?

Yes, the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs # AL57595 will fit with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1313 on your 2003 Dodge Ram 2500. The mounting brackets for the B&W will not interfere with the mounts for the Air Lift air springs.

I recommend installing the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL58WQ with these air springs. This is my favorite compressor system as it comes with a smart manifold which will monitor the air pressure in the springs while you drive and keep them within 3psi of your recommended setting. It also allows you to use your smart phone to make changes to the air pressure. This means you will not have to worry about running lines into the cab or having a separate remote to keep track of and carry batteries for.
