Repair Kit for Demco eZ-Latch Coupler

Question:

Hello, I own a 2023 Airstream Flying Cloud 25 ft and need repair parts for the composite handle Demco EZlatch. I cant find the Demco Ezlatch part number on the hitch. I found this information: Demco 2 5/16inch EZ 12,500 lbs GVWR SAI 0684 CL 4 2 5/16 Ball Tongue load 5 to 10 GVWR PAT 7,690,673 I attached a couple photos of the hitch. Which composite handle Demco EZ Latch repair kit is correct? Thanks Kurt
