I bought a BandW Defender Locking Gooseneck coupler from etrailer a couple of years ago. The push button lock where the key goes in got hit. Im looking for a replacement lock and keys for it. Thank you.

I spoke with B&W and they said you could reach out to them directly and get information on sending the B&W Defender Locking Gooseneck Coupler item # BWGNC4250 to them to be repaired. I recommended going to their website and using the chat service. B&W is great when it comes to repairing or maintenance on their products which is why they don't sell too many replacement parts in stores. It's another way they stand by the quality of their products.
