Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this LaSalle Bristol White Plumbing Roof Vent with Snap-On Cap. Now, this snap-on cap is going to help keep rainwater and debris out of your plumbing system, while allowing air in so it can drain, so the drain functions normally, and gases can escape. This is going to fit 1 to 2-inch vent pipes. And while we're talking about measurements, lemme retrieve my ruler here, just to give you some overall dimensions. So looking at the overall diameter, we're sitting right at 5 1/2 inches.
And then the overall height, three inches. So this is made from weather-resistant materials, basically PVC. So this is gonna be able to withstand exposure to sun, rain, and other outdoor elements, making it a long-lasting replacement or upgrade. And this snap-on cap design is going to make it very easy to install without requiring complicated tools. It's gonna be very a very practical choice if you're doing this yourself.
It does require butyl tape, as you probably know, and sealant that's not included with this. And this does not come with any mounting hardware either, so you would have to either reuse your current mounting hardware or supply the appropriate screws to install this. And this is designed to fit most RV and motorhome roof vent systems, so it's a very versatile replacement part.
