Will this fit a factory installed gooseneck hitch in a 2016 F350?

Hey John,
The B&W Companion Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # BWRVK3500 has a square shank which is proprietary to B&W and would not fit in a round factory gooseneck hitch. If your F-350 came with the puck system/gooseneck hitch (total of 5 holes in the bed) then you could go with the B&W Companion OEM # BWRVK3300 and drop it into the pucks.
If it's just a standard gooseneck hitch then you can go with a hitch that mounts on a gooseneck ball like the Demco Recon 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550045-5W.
