It sounds like you have the Ventline Ventadome Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # V2119-601-00. This Ventline roof vent has a powered lift arm assembly.
The correct arm assembly replacement that you would need would be the Replacement Operator, Knob and Screw # BVD0462-00 that you referenced. The know and screw would not be used since your vent has an electric lift.
