Hi. I have a Thule decal 916 bike rack. It is missing the rachet strap for the wheel to lock it in place. Would you have this part? Thank you

The Thule 916 is the T2. The # 853-7002 you were looking at is the correct replacement strap. If you need the actual ratchet mechanism the full wheel holder with the strap is also available # 7521568001.
