Yes, you are able to use the Hayes Energize III+ Trailer Brake Controller # HA81742B on your 1995 Chevrolet C3500 pickup. You will need the Pigtail # HA81789-HBC to connect to any wiring you may already have to go to a 7-way. If you do not already have a 7-Way the Kit # ETBC7 will connect to a 4-Way # C55315.
