WHAT STAINLESS STEEL TYPE ARE THE INFINITERULE HITCH LOCKS MADE OF ? ARE THEY WELDABLE ?

Hey William, InfiniteRule states their hitch locks like the part # 34061071-D are made from "high strength" 303 stainless steel and is definitely weldable based on that.

ALL STAINLESS STEEL IS NOT WELDABLE ! IF ITS TYPE "303" IT IS NOT WELDABLE. TOO HIGH SULPHER CONTENT. IT'S FREQUENTLY USED IN ITEMS LIKE THIS BECAUSE IT MACHINES WELL. SO AGAIN I NEED TO KNOW THE TYPE STEEL USED. 304 ? , 316 ?, 18-8 ? THANKS, I NEED TO KNOW

@Bill Hey so I just heard back from InfiniteRule and the steel is 303 stainless steel. That means it's weldability is listed as "poor" but it does seem like it is possible.
