Will Curt Hitch Fit 2023 Ford F-150 With FX4 Package

Question:

Will this work with the FX4 skid plates on a 2023 F150? I don’t see it mentioned for the Curt but the Draw-Tite says it doesn’t work with skid plates. Also, can the auto lowering air dam be trimmed like the Draw-Tite or does it actually need to be removed?

You can fit the # C31083 on your 2023 Ford F-150 with the FX4 package but you will need to make modifications. The skid plate can be reinstalled but it will have to be trimmed to get it to fit. Technically the auto air damn can also be modified to make this fit just like the Draw-Tite. We don't have instructions for these modifications so it will be up to you to make it work.
