Correct Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs for a 2021 Ford F-350 SRW

2021 F350 srw diesel. I need to know part number for air lift ultimate loadlifter 5000. Truck is stock height but I plan to level with 4/2 lift. What is needed when lifting the rear for these air bags to mount properly?

The correct Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs for a 2021 Ford F-350 SRW is part # AL35FJ. If you have a lift kit or plan to purchase one you may need a spacer but it will be determined by the particular kit you're installing. If you can provide the make and model number of the kit I will do my best to determine if one is needed. I have attached the list of spacers below as well. If the lift kit changes the distance from the jounce spring contact plate and frame then one will be needed equal to the lift.
