There are air bags that fit a 2020 Ford F-250 Tremor with 4-wheel drive, but the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus Air Springs you mentioned are not a fit. What you will need instead is a kit from Firestone, which has air bags that fit, as long as the truck has single rear wheels and NOT dual rear wheels.

To make a clean cut when installing I highly recommend the Air Hose Cutter # AL10530. And for a compressor to more easily monitor and maintain your air bags you can get a simple analog gauge compressor with the Firestone Air Command I # F2097.

That is a basic compressor that will work for you, but if you want the most control and ease of use you can go with the wireless option, which is what I recommend, the Wireless Air Command Compressor System # F2610.
