We are looking to purchase qty of 18 of 13 X 4.5 RIM 5 X 4.5 BOLT PATTERN, BLACK OR WHITE SPOKE.

Hey Traci, so for a white spoke 13 inch trailer wheel with a bolt pattern of 5 on 4-1/2 inch we have the Dexstar part # AM20232. This is only option we have that matches everything you are looking for as we don't have a black spoke wheel in this configuration or any other white spoke wheels that match.
