How much do the 4 step Morryde step above with strut assist weigh vs the flip step? Door width is 28 inches.

The MORryde StepAbove RV Steps # MR85RR weighs about 70 lbs. As far as the flip step, I assume you are referring to the MORryde Flip Tread RV Steps # MR42UR which weighs about 45 lbs. Both of these steps will fit your 28" wide door. Personally I like the MORryde StepAbove RV Steps just because of how stable they are. There is no movement or bouncing when you use the steps like a lot of other RV steps. They are a bit heavier than others but they are really not difficult to open and close, especially with the strut assist.
