Question:

Is there a pintle hitch adapter for this ball setup available that will let me use the existing shank and slap a pintle in place of the ball setup?

Hey Wes, thanks for reaching out!

The 20K Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Mount - 2-1/2" Hitch # C79NR is only available with the 2-Ball platform but I do have an alternative solution for you with the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers # 325-GH-623.

This is a a different design than what we normally see with a ball mount, but it has the dual hitch balls as well as a piece that inserts into one of the receivers to make it compatible with a pintle hook setup. The Gen-Y products are top of the line when compared to other ball mounts on the market and I actually prefer them over the Curt alternatives.
