Are 8k Trailer Leaf Springs Compatible with Over and Underslung Axles

Question:
Is this product offered in the over slung configuration for my Keystone Raptor? If so what would be the correct part number? Will I need a longer U-Bolt kit?

The 7 leaf spring part # DX74XR that you referenced can be used in under or over slung axle configurations. Leaf springs aren't made for either style and can easily fit both. It would be just a matter of going with correct u-bolt kit for the axle capacity like the # APUBR-35 which was designed for 8k axles that are 3-1/2 inches in diameter.
