Please advise which air spring kit will fit the 2018 Honda Odyssey rear coil springs.

The only rear suspension enhancement that fits your 2018 Honda Odyssey is the Timbren Kit # T26FR. These replace your OEM bump stops and can help support up to 3,500 lbs of weight, although you'll want to avoid going over the weight rating of your Odyssey.
